Do you run it with a rucksack on your back or something? How do you take a towel, change of clothes etc. otherwise? I've often thought of doing this but the logistics make it tricky.

Do you run it with a rucksack on your back or something? How do you take a towel, change of clothes etc. otherwise? I've often thought of doing this but the logistics make it tricky.

I take all of my wash and work bits in on the Tuesday, so that I can just run in a vest and shorts, otherwise that would be a huge weight to have to lug in, I'm not ready for that sort of training!
