    I am on the way into town for a big sesh of squats. My pegs are still a bit achey from the deads the other day tho.
    3rd place. Worst champions ever.

      Did some shoulders too. Only light tho cossa injury.

      Warm up (full oly -arse to heel, paused):

      Working sets:

      Stamina:

      15 x 100 (to burn out )

            It kinda felt like that at the end. DOMS already hit today, so will be even worse tomorrow.

                    Do you all have gym partners or someone there with you?

                    Concerned that deadlifts and squats, even presses if the goal is to lift heavier should be done under supervision; no?
                    I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
                    There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

                      Ideally yes you should get someone to spot you when benchpressing or squatting. However if you use a smith machine you can set the safety clips in to stop the bar falling down if you make a mistake

                        Not usually nope- grab people when I go heavy on bench but can't do that at mo with my shoulder. Can't be spotted for deads & aren't spotted on squats unless I go above 150. Don't use the smith machine or safety pegs, they get in the way.

                        Just got my poor old trap absolutely beasted with needles by the physio- gonna wreck tomorrow.

                          Post weekend piss up run. Was pretty Urgh!
                          A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.
