Totally agree, in principle. I am genuinely incredibly vain thoughOriginally posted by Subby View PostLeave your ego at the door when you go to the gym...best advice I've ever been given.
As in, I didn't fail to finish, ie I got it back up. Yay me! Although if you knew the weight that I struggled with towards the end you would giggle somewhatOriginally posted by RedReet View PostHow did you get out of it then?
Nearly happed when I was on my own one time and the strain of trying to get it back up nearly gave me lockjaw. My jaw and neck were killing afterwards.
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

The DOMS...the DOMS
Quads, glutes, hammys, chest, delts, lats.....I feel broken today
No more gym for me until Monday. Really pushed myself this week and it's feeling like I did.

I did legs on tuesday and still sore today.
Lots of Smith squats, goblet squats and deadlifts(not a fan of deadlifts tbh just don't like doing them)
Then last night was chest and shoulders and slaughtered the delts, traps and upper pecs.
So so sore today but hopefully the micro fibre splits will grow back nice and big
Cheers
