But you can laugh at the silly beefcakes taking it so seriously and enjoy some of views of the pert ladies' bottoms.

Push ups, pull ups, sit ups and squats all work quite well and can be done at home. Also, get some weights to a few bicep curls etc.

You'll shape/tone up doing that but to "bulk up" you will need to start eating lots, and then turning that into muscle.

Haha - I've just seen Shaggy posting in here and had to take a look.

FWIW, I'm kinda the same. There's no way you'd get me in to a gym, and I'm too lazy to do weights and stuff anyway.

In the meantime, my 30" waist jeans continue to fit snuggly.
          Oh I don't know.

            How do you do that?

But I'm 6'2 ....so being so skinny is starting to make me feel like Basil ****in Fawlty.

I've always had a really good metabolism and have been a 32" waist since i was about 15. They were always loose and needed to be held up with a belt as i was more likely a 30" waist but have quite big thighs. Over the past few years, I've put more weight on than I ever have before and now i have to wear 34" and they aren't loose

You'll ideally need to hit the gym or buy lots of gym equipment. You couldn't easily bulk up at home.

I know guys who have SERIOUSLY bulked up, and quickly. They just consumed a ****ing ton of calories- constantly drinking gallons of full fat milk etc, but were at the gym every day (2 or 3 sessions a day) burning it off and so their body was turning it into muscle rather than fat.

You'll also likely need to start drinking those protein shake things.

However, my knowledge is 2nd hand, and I'm sure there are numerous people here who know a lot more than me.

Nice one. Happy to do the whole protein shake thing. If I consumed a ton of calories and then, say, went for a bike ride - would that help turn fat into muscle?

its a start. There's a thread on here about the 100 press up challenge. Have a look at that, you'll be smashing out 100 in no time!

Yea, but only what you are working out- so you'd have legs like Chris Hoy but still spagetti arms

Just do more press-ups, you'll add bulk definitely. Boring as hell mind you but it'll work.
