If anything Suso will see that for Real, you need to be mid 20s to go there and be a success in the first team. He'll look at Xabi, Ronaldo, Modric. He'll not want to go there and be a bit part player. He's in the right place now to establish himself over the next 3 years at a top 6 english club (best league in the world?) he'll be well placed to make a sound decision on his future then. Even Barca, he'll be better going there at 23-25 (fabregas) than now.

The only thing that'll convince him to stay here is if we play him or not.
