Agreed. It is a little bit weird.

This season so far has been great and loads of fun, but I can't help feeling pretty worried that the wheels are about to come off.

i feel the same...we've been great - but we've said all along we lack two or three 'good' players to give the squad that extra bit of depth in quality needed and it looks like it's starting to catch up with is.

trying hard not to be knee jerk about it but we are on a knife edge at the moment.

GK - Mignolet, looking shaky but Jones isn't exactly great back up

RB - Johnson been ****e for weeks and is now out indefinatley, kelly can't get fit be it mental/physical issue i don't know, flanagan is 'decent' but he should be our 'back up' and right now we're desperate for him to come back fully fit

LB - Enrique is only a decent left back, can be inconsitent and has been out so long it will be a well before he gets back to fitness, cissokho is dreadful

CB - sakho injured and still settling, agger in and out, toure looks like its a bit much asking him to be first choice, skrtel so far hanging in there

cm - lucas crocked, gerrard doesn't have the legs - only other midfielders we have are allen and henderson - both whilst decent, aren't going to carry us.

attacking - coutinho struggling for form, sterling still a kid, sturridge in and out with injuries and aspas is ****

We have been very poor replacing our first choice players so as much as he may not be everybody's cup of tea our inability and willingness to go after quality RB and lack of CL football may force us to rethink that.

I'd let him go but only we have to find a quality signing first.
