Thanjk you.
Paul.S
He had half a good season, not exactly set the championship on fire and showed limited technical ability. I would say it was bad scouting and an insane price. £10m would have been silly too for such a player.
while i never saw anything in him than above, He has had a couple of games where he did look the real deal and PTP is right its not like we were the only ones linked, Spurs put in a bid of 25m, Chelsea and Arsenal were also linked. He was for a time the flavour of the month thats for sure, We were just the unlucky ones who signed him

He never looked technically good enough for our aspirations.
I don't really think anyone else was actually interested in him.

Probably Mike Ashley phoning up the papers telling the press that Arsenal were linked. The Arsenal link seemed to only come up because he scored an embarrassing slow motion high hanging header against them. Infact, his whole dodgy reputation seemed to be built on that game against Arsenal.
He was diabolically ****e. Worst signing in Liverpool's history.

Same. PTP is talking ****e.

Aquilani could actually play football and was a victim of the management change before he had a real chance, Carroll had the team set up for and was atrocious.
