No, He should have just fessed up to henry to the mother of all **** ups And binned him to the subs bench like Rodgers has done.

I agree with all of that red g. But he never fessed up and brought in the youngsters sadly for us. Kenny went into self preservation mode which is understandable in any man. He seemed to have done the same at Newcastle and Celtic too which escaped our red radar.

Anyway, can see Downing soon getting the Andy Carroll treatment from Rodgers. Loan deal for a lower club with view of purchase in the summer?

Pretty much my feelings too. Get him and Joey Cole off. Saves 8m from our wage bill and we can use it to get new contracts for Suso, Sterling and Agger.
