Well what he's done falls under the exact same two charges that Suarez was done for and he got 4 matches for each.

whereas he may well of left a caveat about returing to the fold if things come out as he wants.

JT is a horrible little man who imo would use any and every trick in the book to get what he wants.

I really think it's time that the FA really looked into implementing a higher burden of proof to replicate the law of the land. And I think they should cease this role of prosecution, judge, jury and excecutioner and implement an independent disciplinary process.

They are a laughing stock with practically zero credibility.
        Oh I don't know.

There is no level of injustice unsuibtable for that pleb.

Such an entitled, jumped up little nazi. The media love him, for some reason, even though he's clearly as dodgy as ****.

I hope he gets his head panned in, it's no more than he deserves.

I reckon none. FA will bottle it

Likewise. In keeping with seemingly every little thing in the game that goes against us. I know we're not involved as it were but obviously a not guilty verdict would be a total ****ing travesty as far as we are concerned.

The FA have set a precedent by presuming Suarez's guilt without clear evidence. They have evidence in this case, so they surely must presume guilt in this case. I think he will be found guilty.
                      Oh I don't know.

Me too. I'm pretty sure that he'll serve at least 8 games if not a few more based on the fact that (A) his words fall under both charges that Suarez was nailed with and (B) there's clear evidence and witness statements.

Well they laughably claimed to have found Suarez 'racially abused' Evra about fourteen times or something equally ridiculous.

Terry's is the one instance so they'll probably give him a suspended three game ban or summat.

8 games seems fair to me if we use the Suarez case as the precedent. I'm not sure it will be that long though.

                            When is the verdict due?
                            Oh I don't know.

That has to be the case.

If they ban him for less than Suarez - I think Liverpool would be speaking to the FA about it.
