Interfering with play. Fernandes used the confusion as a decoy. It was as clear an offside which should have warranted the play to be stopped. Was not marginal.

Existing isn’t grounds for interference anymore I don’t think. You have to be trying to play the ball or blocking the keeper’s eye line.

I think that's the case. In real time it looked fine but seeing it again I have some sympathy for City (not a lot mind), regardless of the rules.
