But that condescending bull**** is what I like. If you take his air of superiority as genuine than I guess it can get tiresome, but if you assume the bloke is not in the least bothered by peoples reactions and just playing up to his internet persona, then its easier to just sit back and laugh. Is this the way he really is? I don't know. If it is real then fair play,he posts in a way that brings negativity a plenty and he can obviously live with that. He doesn't post enough for it to become annoying. He isn't popping up in every thread on a daily basis. Some of you are too precious at times.Originally posted by G View PostI don't get upset Bob , he just brings nothing to the table bar condescending bull****. How is that a good contribution to the forum? He's a bellend.

If he posted his actual opinion on the topics being discussed he'd be worth having around. Instead he just posts his opinion of everyone else's opinion with lashings of "I'm a cunt" on top. I hope he's not like that in real life, he'd be ****ted more often than not but I suspect he probably still lives at home with his mam and wouldn't say boo to anyone.
Getting enjoyment from someone being a cunt is not for me but it doesn't upset me either. He's just doesn't contribute anything positive to the forum so if I had my way he'd be gone.Last edited by G; 15-04-15, 08:50 PM.

If you take what he says literally and find yourself getting upset, take a step back and enjoy him for what he is and what he brings. Never met the bloke, but I like the fact he speaks as he sees. I genuinely feels he's an important character in these parts. He doesn't spam threads like some do. He comes and goes like a free spirit and can only upset someone if they choose to take offence. Its the internet. There's room for everyone.
each to their own I suppose.

Ok guys, I think it would be a good idea not to talk about benefits (my fault I know) or other posters any more. We can all be arses on the internet at times especially over the footy, some more that other admittedly but I don't like banning people and we don't do it unless it really cannot be avoided after all other necessary interventions have been exhausted... and they are made and will continue to be particularly if people draw issues to our attention... or it is Sarb, I do love banning Sarb
Anyway, enough in here if it isn't about Balotelli... and hopefully we won't have much to say about him either for much longer either

Heskey in his last season or two annoyed me almost as much as Balotelli does, but you make a fair point

Heskey was far better for this club than Mario. In fact, in his first season and a half Heskey was worthy of being a starter at the club. Went downhill, but still better than anything Mario did here. Still, Mario is still here and may yet score the cup winner!Originally posted by MrMichael View PostHeskey in his last season or two annoyed me almost as much as Balotelli does, but you make a fair point

Hopefully this is a reverse jinx, I would be delighted if he did. Not that he'll play.

It's odd I always feel like Aquilani was robbed of the chance to impress by injury but Balotelli has been a fader. I have no real evidence that the former's injury struggles were more real though.Originally posted by Fan65 View PostI though Aquilani was the biggest waste of talent and money we would ever see at Anfield and then Balotelli turns up to take the prize.
Sooner he's gone the better.
Hopefully he's played his last game for us already.
I still think Balotelli was a gamble worth taking. It has however very much not come off."The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind."
