How have they done so far and who do you think is good enough to establish themselves at LFC?

I don't get this "Pennant has come good" stuff

He's even saying it himself. "I've proved the doubters wrong". Sorry, Jermaine? One great goal doth not a great player make! Yes, he's made marginal improvements but he is still incapable of beating a man and this "marginal improvement" does not in any way, shape or form mean he is LFC standard.

He played a wonderful game against Bolton amongst others! He got the penalty against Charlton and set us on the right path. The Fullham game was ok. The watford game. He has lifted his game and it should be applauded. It's too soon to give up on him. I see other areas right now that needs to be addressed!

With all the patience given to a certain "hole in the ground 7,6% conversion rate striker", I fail to understand how people can be so quick to judge poor Pennant!

The Bolton game was hardly a "wonderful" performance from Pennant!! Two good crosses, and either side of those was 88 minutes of sheer mediocrity.

I don't wanna be too harsh on the lad though - he's trying his best.

Kuyt - Settled in real well, couple of off games recently but a great signing overall.
Bellers - Our most dangerous striker in the team, tiredless worker and superb attitute.
Pennant - - Have never seen so many good crosses into the opposition box by any LFC player since John Barnes.
Gonzales - - Hopeless lost. Probably needs more time.
Aurelio - - Havent seen much of him. Sick note.
Paletta - - Not much chance to play.

80th minute on Saturday, Pennant ran the length of the pitch to cover at right back and made a clearing header with two Chelsea players ready to pounce. Everyone clapped.

He's been excellent this year.

Yes. I agree he had too many mediocre performances last year but has sorted it out in the last month or so.
