More than bellamy has played on the wing, even when he come on as a sub he did, i dont want none of them back but cisse played laot on the wing. But they are both not good enough and wed be in the same situation now whichever of them we had.

He didnt, he had loads of games upfront, go and look through last seasons fixtures and have a look, its certainly not nearly every game like people seem to make out. He also played upfront all the time before and after his injury in Rafa's first seasonOriginally posted by DeeGame View Postyes he did

Originally posted by Kopite_Colin View PostCisse and Bellamy may finish up on a par with eachother in terms of goals output for LFC. Cisse scored 9 league goals last season, and Bellamy is on 7 so far, so it's liely he'll finish with 9 or 10 league goals. Bellamy works harder, but Cisse scored goals despite being continually played out of position, especially in the big games. I liked Cisse (apart from his whingeing, but you can't hold that against him and then defend Bellamy !

Yes his Career as a Liverpool player is over and Rafa will have a problem to get rid of him in the summer. I don't think Marseille will sign him if they miss out on the CL and at the moment it lookes like they will even get a problem to qualify for the UEFA Cup.Originally posted by Red Chilli View PostPantomime season is over lads
Anyway, Cisse's LFC career under Rafa is over so it's pointless even speculating
Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

What his 10 league games before got injured at blackburnOriginally posted by nbryan1764 View PostI think you are getting cloudy eyed. To imply that he played right midfied in most of them would suggest that he played in there in at least 25 of his 49 games. He did not. I am not sure (though I am not 100%) that he played there at all in his first season.

he didn't have one goalscoring chance, again. That's the problem with Kuyt, he's a support striker and needs a goalscorer alongside him.But it is a poor indictment on Kuyt that he didn't have a single goalscoring opportunity, especially when you consider how much of the play we had. I'd rather he had five chances and fluffed them all. He wasn't a threat in front of goal AT ALL.Originally posted by DeeGame View PostSpot on
Crouch came on and immediately found the space for a chance on goal. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I know what you're saying but I think Kuyt suffers from being asked to play as a support striker. If Rafa told Kuyt to get in the box and put the ball in the net I'm sure his scoring record and number of chances would improve.Originally posted by ShaggyAlonso View PostHe needs to make room and find space to receive the service. But he couldn't. Crouch managed it within minutes.
I think the role he's being aske to play limits his chances.Originally posted by Gordon Brown

get your facts straight, he played 16 premiership games in his first season and scored 4 goalsOriginally posted by DeeGame View PostWhat his 10 league games before got injured at blackburn
if, as I suspect, all were played upfront, then in his second season he would have had to play 25 out of 33 games out of position to back up that he played "most" of his games out of position. I suspect he did not.
