owen freaquently went through spells of 4-6 or 7 games with out scoring, then he would score in the next 10-15 in a row."I have decided to escape, to defy the shogun. Today I will begin walking the road to hell. But you will choose your own path. So, soon you may be seeing heaven. Choose the sword, and you will join me. Choose the ball and you join your mother, in death. You don’t understand my words, but you must choose. So… come boy, choose life or death."

You can interpret statistics any way you like me friend. Not sure if these statistics are correct, but assuming they are, I would presume that Owen has scored more hatricks and doubles than Fowler did.Originally posted by AFII View PostOwen scored in more % of the games for us than Robbie. That is a FACT. So if he needed a run of games before he scored then Robbie must be even worse.

The BBC gossip page has him down as possibly going to Man Utd..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

I'd have him back - regardless of what happened in the past - we need to look to the future and we need someone who can score goals regulary. If the whole Owen -> Real -> Newcastle thing never happened, and he started his career at another PL team, people would be crying out for us to snap him up.
Doubt we'll ever see him in the red shirt again though as Newcastle would demand a stupid fee. Roeder fancies him.
