To be fair Mums, the technology is there now with the introduction of fan cards to discriminate based on league matches attended.

If you have a European Cup final, and a ****ty decision by UEFA to give us hardly any tickets, then you give out the tickets to the most loyal supporters.

ie those who go to the most games.

So you say you need 6 credits and 19 league games, or 6 credits and 18 league games until you reach the point where all are allocated.

It would have been just as easy as the ballot to organise if not more so.

Corporate season ticket holders with 6 credits have been guaranteed tickets.

yeah, wehn an evertonian tells me there is an off chance he can get me a ticket then it shows how the game stinks these days. as someone else said, reward loyalty or lose it.

i don't have a ticket and probably won't get one. but it sums up this game these days when an evertonian has more chance of getting a ticket than i do because he is part of the whole corporate box malarkey.

Everton is a small club.

They get free tickets to big games just to show their fans what it's like to be in a big stadium during a cup final.

Talk of people protesting by the players entrance as the coaches arrive, banners etc. Then talk of no scarf raising or singing during YNWA, an empty Kop for the lap of honour and such like.

Appalling im so! Ofcourse you would be upset about the small allocation but what does it have to do with the club when they asked for more and UEFA knocked them back? I personally don't see anything wrong with the way the club has gone about the ticketing scheme and see any kind of protest at this game as really inappropriate.

I don't have the money, time or energy to get to every single league game and even if I wanted to I would on the most part not be able to get a ticket so I chose the CL games and attended home and away. You don't see anyone scrambling for tickets during the CL qualifiers or when our attendance was SUPER low for the game in Istanbul. I'll be damned if I follow every game in this competition and then have as much loyalty as someone who didn't.

What happens on the last game of the season where we are playing Man U for the title? Do you want to make it a fair playing field and let those that went to the european games have an equal chance as you who watching regularly throughout the league even when you know there are not enough tickets for everyone?

This is not our clubs fault. I can think of 29,000 other reasons why UEFA have fcuked this up completely.

There are loads of lads who have jacked in the Euro aways because they've been going years and now can't get tickets all of a sudden as they are going to LFC organised trips rather than lads going off on their own. The same thing happened for a couple of years after we did the treble in 2001.

As for the Galatasary game , the reason the attendance was super low was because loads of people got tickets because they were cheap and were a way of buying an extra fan card credit

I have never once had any trouble getting a european away but then perhaps I have been lucky. I would also suggest that in future only those tickets that are marked at the stadium should take loyalty that way buying it for so would be pointless.

I don't see your issue with me here. What I've advocated is that the 7 credits plus was fine.

My point is that people with 6 credits and 0 league games should not be treated the same as someone like me who has 6 credits and 19 league games.

The ballot gave us equal status.

What should have happened in my view is that once the 7+ people were rightly sorted out, then the rest should have been doled out on the basis that you needed 6 CL games and x amount of League games.

If thats what had happened you'd have got a ticket for your loyalty and i'd have got one for mine.
