That's all very well if you count Parry, Gillette & Hicks as "the club", but they aren't.

Rafa has the interests of "The Club" at heart inasmauch as that he wants it to suceed. We need to be ahead of the game this summer, big time. If I delayed at work I'd be reeled in. Rafa wants everything tying up this summer & now so that he can achieve maximum "bang fo his buck" and have as much player stability as is possible. Then he can concentrate on working with his new- & hopefully vastly improved- squad.

If you cannot see the importance of that, then you have very little understanding of football or business indeed.

Made Hicks and Gillette, Parry and the Board in general think twice about hesitating and fooking about when it comes to the targets Rafa has drawn up. We've got the best manager in Europe and i just think after completing three seasons at the club, he deserves the cash required to buy the players he wants. With the Americans money, i hope this can be achieved.

Anyone would think we've had these owners for 6 years. Give them a ****ing chance, they've already achieved a lot in my opinion.

Rafa can't go squealing about funds, he's been very well supported since he's been here.

Why the ****ing outburst? What has he achieved with is outburst?
Has it helped him sign these 2 players?
NO, it makes the club look like idiots, it depresses us, the fans, it makes our new owners look like muppets and it probably puts any targets we had off joining such a club.
To top it off, other clubs will now hold us to ransome.
Very unprofessional behaviour from a manager of LFC.
It doesnt matter if transfers have to be paid in installments or all upfront that means nothing in this case, the point is getting them players signed.

The ****ing outburst is because of years of **** since he's been here from contract shambles, a bloke at the academy who is stuck in the 70s and missing out time and time again on signings.

No offence but you seem to be making stuff up as you go.

Probably put targets off? So they've agreed to sign for us, I assume been told what they'll be paid, have the chance to play for Liverpool etc and be put off because we have the manager saying a few words in some newspapers which if the players are foreign they wont even read anyway. Yeah, im not having that one mate.

It makes the club look like idiots? Well theres not much change from ticketing shambles, fans acting like scum in Athens, a player hitting another with a golf club and so on then. Its hardly any change is it?

What has this acheived? Probably to early to tell but if a signing is tied up in the next week and some new contracts miraculously appear i'd say its done a hell of a lot.

Here is for me the reason for him taking this to the press.

Rafa starts negotiating with a player and then he needs the club to finish the job and they dont. He is clearly afraid that he is gonna loose these players if we dont move now and that is why he went public.

And you think by mouthing off to the press he has achieved this do you? If you do , you are more naive than I thought.

£44m net over 3 years is not well supported at all in today's market when you look at his competitors.

So how does it help going public?

What does he want? A fan revolt? Everyone to say "Poor Rafa isn't he harshly treated?".

Thats nothing to do with the new owners though
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

What ****ing about? Could you be more specific Marky.

The Yanks have been here less than 6 months, they've started the new stadium build, they've addressed the flaws in that project already and have assigned new architects.

How the **** can they sign anyone before the ****ing window is open?

On top of that, we ****ing have signed someone.
I'm talking about Parry and co when its come to buying players. Or not buying them even.

I dont think he is squealing about funds, but about the way we do things.

Maybe he wants the Fans to know that this is what is happening and if we can get cracking ASAP we will be ready to take on Manure and Chelski next year

I'm sorry but I think it is. Chavski: no-one can compete with
SCUM : what's their net spend over 3 years? Probably not that outrageous.
Arsenal : Can't be more than 44 million

Has it helped sign these players? We'll only have to wait a short time to find out by the look of it.
If it forces cash to become available where did not look forthcoming and we sign some great players then it will be good for LFC
