I can see your point about airing his woes in public to some extent to be honest, but sometimes a million things build up at once & you need to exorcise the stress & issues.

Sometimes things need to be overstated for impact one way or another. Quite often this works out for the best regardless of the short-term upheaval.

I don't think they've been slow out the blocks, as you put it, but I do think they've spent a bit to much time planning the stadium and giving interviews to the press rather than dealing with matters in hand.

All's been well and good when Rafa has served up big European nights to enjoy but now's the time for them to start their work and back Rafa. I sense that things aren't moving as swiftly as he would like hence the reason for his outburst.
