I was about 11 when Rushie re-signed from Juventus, so memories are sketchy at best, but obviously they never played up front together in the 89 Cup Final - presumably because Kenny thought, however brilliant they both were, they were too similar to work as a pair.

Without sounding like I'm shifting the goalposts, I do think it's slightly easier to get two 'goalscorers' to work well together than it would be to get two "in the hole" types to work.

BTW Even then I'm not so worried, we've showed that on any given day we can beat anyone. A few more goals and a little bit more consistency and we'll be unbeatable, especially given the way that Sir Stevie have started off

None of us are perfect sadly, yourself and Morph (just to name two people who ive just seen posting on this thread) have traits which annoy me too, but that's you and it's tough luck for me that i find you to be annoying on some occasions. That's part of life isnt it?
