i dont think there is anyone on this site that hates the blue****e more than me but this is not about football its about some comfort not only to the family of the wee man but also it gives the community a sense of the madness and the warfare erupting on the streets of liverpool. personally i dont know the family but ive had a terrible feeling about me since the kids murder. everytime i see the picture of that young lad i see my own nephew with his freckles and his everton shirt minding his own buisness playing footie in the street. how dare some of you ***** compare this kids death to spider bites or if you died in manchester blah blah blah. keep your ****ing big mouths shut and try to show some class and dignity and act like a liverpool fans instead of some ****ing gob****e.

I was choked. I'm absolutely skint and declined to go tonight - I wish had, solely so I could've paid my respects to little Rhys and his family.

I thought the tribute was extraordinary. As Jennings posted earlier, YNWA seemed to be sung with genuine feeling and I'm afraid I welled-up to the max.

Shame on those who questioned the merit in such a tribute. A fantastic city full of fantastic people.

Just got in from the match. I couldn't even get a word out when I was trying to sing YNWA. I was chocked and I'm not normally that emotional.

Just a word about BILLOB. Obviously the fella has some strong opinions on what happened tonight. We had a little ding dong. But to be fair to him he went off post and PM'd me to explain further his thoughts. Deep respect for that. I may be well off beam here and he'll probably bounce on me, but I suspect there is a subtext in his comments. I believe he may have experience tragedy himself. Ayway just to say lets not bash the fella he tried to expalin his thoughts and refrained form personal insult. He took a few himself and never rose to them. I think he would have to admit though that his brothers and sisters did us proud tonight.
