still would like to see it bigger than 60,000 Does anybody know if it has an option to increase in size?
The current design doesnt have scope to increase capacity.
However, im not sure if Parry just said this for planning reasons.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.
* After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

That is what I suspected...
"In fact I’m going to make a promise which will be welcomed by many. If there’s no finance secured by the opening day of the season, I’m going to hang up my keyboard and close KOPTALK down."
I disagree, I think we could fill a far bigger stadium than that.

Remember that a lot of the people in the queue for a season ticket are going to the games today.
I would love for us to have a bigger stadium than the Scum, but it would only be 3/4 full at most games. So around 60 000 looks like a godd number.

I liked the 70,000 idea that was floating around for a while.
Does anyone want to know why the seating numbers were reduced at the time?
This is fact, Ged had a big say in the amount of seats the new stadium got. Because it effected his transfer kitty, or future potential transfers. Ged actually wanted a 55,000 seater stadium.
