I'm not calling for anybodies head and as far as grinding out results,we're not FFS!!

Grinding out wins is one thing but we've been barely grinding out draws and thats withou the shambolic CL performances!!

I get what you're trying to say,but all I'm saying is we're playing poorly at the moment and hopefully things will improve when Alonso,Agger and Torres get back because right now we're playing like a bunch of amateurs.

Nobody is attacking the team you love FFs Iain,we all love them.

Maybe you've been round longer then most of us,but someday we'll be round longer then other people so don't use that stick to beat us with.

I'm just not happy with the way we're playing at the minute and I think the alot of things need to be fixed in order to get the team playing like a team again and playing decent football.

Right now we're not even grinding out results,I can accpet playing badly and pulling a result out of the bag once every so often but thats not what is happening right now.

I can't sit here and keep my gob shut and hope it will all work out in the end,I support the team,I spend my hard earned money buying tickets,jerseys and other crap,if the team isn't playing well then I'lll say it.

I rarely post in the football room and I'm never on after bad performance giving the team or Rafa stick,but it's coming to a head now and it has been for weeks,so I feel entitled to say my piece.

I'm just really annoyed with it.

Just to clarify...

Are you suggesting that people who get pissed off and moan about ****e performances/results DONT support the reds through thick and thin?

Out of interest, if we finished 5th for 2 seasons running, would you still think "nah it's ok, he will come good..." ?

Nah, not at all DJS, im saying that its all well and good being pissed off with the team and poor results, its ****ing obvious that we are a team in dire need of a win and a convincing win at that, confidence and injuries are plagueing us at present, BUT I am as passionate as anyone could possibly be about this team, trust me on that, but even when the chips are down I (after a mad rant, normally to my dog) settle down and TRY to get a sense of perspective. I cant see that giving the manager and players stick could possibly help. What needs to be done is for us all to SUPPORT the team and give them the backing thats needed to hopefully regain their form
Then lets see where we are at the end of the season.
For me even if we get nowhere in all of the cups and finish out of any european places I would still want Rafa as manager. But only for 1 more season, I truly think he has earned a mediocre season and more importantly the chance to rectify that season.
Which for the record I dont think will happen, we will be league champions or very close come may.

have you ever thought there might be more than one type of fan?

there's the people the support the team no matter what

there's the people who are mainly positive but will critisise when need be

and there's people like you and your bumpal anfieldanfield who support the team as much as anyone else just constantly negatively

all are perfectly valid and can exist happily

I support the team no matter what.

I just tell it like it is without sticking my head in the sand.

People who criticise still support the team.

Supporting the team no matter what doesnt mean you cant criticise.
