Firstly, it costs to sack someone. Secondly, if they do sack him (which I think they will) it will be at the end of the season if he doesn't bring in a major trophy - prem, champs league.

He'll be judged on results, like any manager, and if we wins nothing then his position will be under review.

Another positive article, this time from the BBC. Seriously, maybe this has all been a storm in a teacup? If Rafa signs players in January then some of the internet insiders and the likes of Bascombe will be shown to be complete and utter fools / bull sh!tters.
