Is right, we don't know either way. If, and it's a big IF granted, this report is right, they would put money straight into the team and the stadium. Which is exactly what we need. I have to say i doubt they'd keep rafa on though.

it will take an awful lot of money anyway, for a stadium and world class players (which is what it takes), so owners with more money than sense would do fine

Totally agree, the reason they chose the yanks was because they knew they'd make more money from the deal & parry could keep his job knowing full well the yanks had no clue how to run a "soccer" club.

my impression of them is that they're here/would be here to make money.

so there are two main ways of doing that

a) increasing profitability

b) increasing our re-sale value.
