Nah, I'm not convinced of that. Surely they would name their price to DIC and that would be it? They either buy at the price set or they don't.

I personally think Hick's is a stubborn **** and doesn't really give a **** how much we dislike him, therefore he will not be selling imho.
There has been a lot of speculation to suggest that they might want to sell, Al. Although I agree that at this stage it's no more than speculation.

The BBC aren't normally ones to speculate though. Especially when they use the tag BBC sport understands. If they're speculating they tell where the story is from. When they use the tag quoted above it normally means that they've heard something concrete.
Now I'm not saying that means they're right but they're not normally ones for rumor mongering.
