Great article that Lec.
Dunno if this had been asked before- I lose track of this thread- but I don't see how G&H securing a loan would be prohibitive or even off-putting for DIC. Altho the terms of G&H's loan would obviously be worse than any those DIC could secure, all DIC need to do is secure another loan of their own (at better terms) in order to pay off G&H's RBS one.
All that getting a loan does for G&H is buy them a bit of barterting time.
Please correct me here if I am wrong.3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Probably, so much for the club belonging to the fans and them just being the custodians!Originally posted by The_weatherman View PostThey probably feel they don't need to answer them seeing as they are the owners, cunts. The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Got a call, literally 10 minutes ago, from someone who works at the club (no,not the turnstile operator/steward)and while i trust him, what he told me simply doesn't make sense,he said the Loan will be approved at the latest on Monday, but not to worry,DIC will own the club within 14 days,as much as i trust him, this simply doesn't make sense!!!!Reece, get off my wife.:whatever:

it fits in with what a few people have been saying, he was always going to get the loans as he has properties to cover it, his own assets plus anfield melwood etc. but still he appears not to have money to spen from his own pocket for players etc. Hicks thinks that is he has secured the refinancing that he is in a better postion to negotiate a better deal, he doesn't have to sell and can sitt on it for another year and wait for suitors, but it would still be in his best interests to sell as he can't take the club further that he has (apparently). the refinancing was always going to go through, i never believed the reports that it wouldn't...Originally posted by Manofthebog View PostDurango

can someone please explain something, I thought the club will be worth less with the debt, so why would Hicks secure the loans if he wants to sell?Originally posted by Diego View Postit fits in with what a few people have been saying, he was always going to get the loans as he has properties to cover it, his own assets plus anfield melwood etc. but still he appears not to have money to spen from his own pocket for players etc. Hicks thinks that is he has secured the refinancing that he is in a better postion to negotiate a better deal, he doesn't have to sell and can sitt on it for another year and wait for suitors, but it would still be in his best interests to sell as he can't take the club further that he has (apparently). the refinancing was always going to go through, i never believed the reports that it wouldn't...YNWA!!!!

It give G&H more time and in this case time is money.Originally posted by scouse lad View Postcan someone please explain something, I thought the club will be worth less with the debt, so why would Hicks secure the loans if he wants to sell?
If G&H don't secure the loan they won't have any other choice than to sell up for a much lower price than they would get if they have secured the loan.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
