Ok, so if this is being compared to a Manc like situation,

Green and Gold till the club is sold

maybe we need to come up with some new colours to wear at the ground and show our support?

I'll start with Brown and White!

      Get rid of this ****e.

As if we'd wear anything apart from our famous Red and White.
      Same old Mancs...

Didn't Rick Parry leak confidential information about DIC's alleged "7 year exit plan" just before G&H's takeover for PR?

          That's one good example.

            Don't shoot the messenger..

Before anyone gets on the Scouse militant thing, I was born in Kirkby and my Uncle is a Labour MP.

Just to add my two pennies thought without contributing to the strong discussion. Living in the United States, I have been observing the sale of the Rangers. They have been in limbo for the last three years. It has been a long drawn out process. Even now it has not been finalized. Tom Hicks is not an easy negotiator. He will try to squeeze out every penny he has from the new investors. Once he has the cards, he does not let it go that easily.

Expect a lot of lies, misinformation, name dragging, false dawns. name dragged through the mud etc throughout the entire process. I think we as fans should keep up the pressure either through SOS or through whatever ways we can.

I am not a member of the SOS, so don't read this as a support to SOS. Until now, I have been neutral towards their efforts. Right now I am impressed with their latest efforts.

I think the actions of SOS will drive many foreign fans away from investing their money, via merchandise, ticket sale, etc. This will in turn make the finished product, team performance, go straight down. Every action has a reaction, either positive or negative. I thought SOS was a good idea, as well as Share LFC, but the latter approach to problem solving is if it's not working, smash it to bits. Instead of bringing logical solutions, they have created more problems.

Or for the argument against, we'll make sure we get the right investors, as they know what to expect.

you seem awfully well informed and well presented for someone who is supposed to be a fan like us.

If you have an agenda you need to come out and say it because ive worked with a lot of PR pro's and you come across as one.
I'm just a fan, and I'm certainly not in PR. If you check my previous posts I make no secret of the fact that I'm a chartered accountant, with a fair amount of transactional experience. Beyond that I'm just another very long-suffering Liverpool fan who is finding the fact that our problems are being played out in public embarrassing and depressing.

Based on my recollection of your previous posts, I can back you up on this

Once, a good few years ago. They're a Premiership side, and we were looking at them on behalf of the investor.

the green and gold has slightly backfired as the club are going to sell there own range of green and gold scarfs and other stuff.

                              Why Green and Gold?

Is it just because it rhymes?

Please say no and tell me it's because it refers to something else.

Green and gold are the original colours of the scum when the club was formed as Newton Heath L&YR F.C in 1878. Ask that to the glory hunting cockneys and see if they know their history!
