Look Woy is the pawn in the game here he has chosen this poison chalice and has accepted the lure of cash and opportunity with that comes the realisation that he will be criticised by those against the regime.

So how does anyone keep pressure up on the owners while supporting the team?
I know some think it's a question of simply getting on with it but it's a real dilemma for me..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

Huh? So we do need to support the team and manager then?Originally posted by Vermilion View Postmissing the point. We've all been doing that, supporting, and a fat lot of good it's done us, when will enough be enough for lfc fans, we need more than just support for the team now, because we're going no-where fast, we'll be in the same state at the end of next season,. imo.

somebody posted an article on the forum somewhere about Roy in the dressing room, the piece was an interview on Paul Ince and Ince made it out as if Roy had the balls when he needed them.. is somebody could get the link up (shaggy) then it would be a good read for frenchie96 Never Forgotten

The assumption comes from his track record..WHAT has he achieved at a big club? I'll tell you; zero, nada, nicht, niente....NOTHINGOriginally posted by Scratch View PostWhere has this assumption come from?? According to reports, he kept us waiting 2 weeks to just talk to him, he wanted assurances before he signed about funds...doesn't sound like a yes man to me...yes, he is an amiable character in public and approachable, but who among us knows what he's like at club level?
He has not earned the right to be on the shortlist...FFS

Read it. Incy talking about an ex manager. Nothing revealing in it really, imo, all stuff you'd expect him to say.Originally posted by Fernandinho View Postsomebody posted an article on the forum somewhere about Roy in the dressing room, the piece was an interview on Paul Ince and Ince made it out as if Roy had the balls when he needed them.. is somebody could get the link up (shaggy) then it would be a good read for frenchie

I'm not sure there is any way really. Certainly not without the team and club suffering.Originally posted by Neil Young View PostSo how does anyone keep pressure up on the owners while supporting the team?

Unless a very wealthy new owner comes in any short term harm to the club is likely to become long term as well."The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind."
