Aside from you and your mates opinions - who in the institutional football world is unsure whether local national competitions are considered more important than the most presitigious competition in europe?

Well you're certainly parading your ignorance as some kind of virtue.

              Wenger.

There may be more who have not declared their opinion publically.

What a prick you really are, some of us don't have the time to be watching old matches and reading old books. It's all well and good all these older supporters living through the 50's-80's and saying that supporters should learn about the history of the club, when I'm sure that a good portion of them know **** all about the period preceding their support of the club.

I'll get round to learning more about the history of our club when I'm good and ****ing well ready ready, not because some jumped up tosser on an internet forum of all places, is unsatisfied with my lack of knowledge of events before I started supporting the club.

By definition, local league championships are subservient to the european cup. Frome UEfA.COM

Europe's premier club competition was launched one month after UEFA's first Congress, held in Vienna on 2 March 1955 yet. It has a global audience of more than a billion people.

I'd say that a billion people probably disagree with you Red Chilli but may not have declared their opinion publically.

You're the ****ing prick, coming on here and saying history isn't important. You jerk. It's not a question of "not having time" - doesn't take long to find out a bit of basic history about your football club for ****s sake.

People like you have no understanding or appreciation of the ethos of the club. **** off back to surrey you jerk. :whatever:
