thats ****ing insane, another 2 games without any points we'd still be on 6, yes 6 points if you accept that.

Whoever comes in is really going to need a little bit of time to unravel the ****e Roy has created.

Yes, I would accept that two losses against these two Sunday pub teams. Hodgson would have to be sacked.

Put it into perspective, I was also prepared to take a administration and a 9 point deduction to get rid of dumb and dumber. I will accept the same 9 point loss to get rid of Hodgson

Unravelling the ****e is simple. The new manager just has to play to the players strengths, let them attack, not sit behind the ball

I still think taking 2 losses shouldn't be something we want to happen, even if it is to get rid of this clown manager.

I think he'll be replaced and replaced quickly, at least I hope he is things over the past couple of seasons have gone from bad to worse to well not even sure what to call these "performances" at the moment.

Overly simplistic; with regards unravelling this ****e, whoever might come in will have to get them playing tactics and a formation they've not been used to all season (granted shouldn't be too hard) but instilling some confidence in them again will take time - they all pretty much look so deflated on the pitch at the moment it's going to take some real man management.

Oh I'm sorry, I'll remember to PM you next time I'm thinking about starting a thread just to make sure you're ok with it.

Arrogant prick, explain to me how this thread has 'no class'

I guess the question that need answering now is who will make the decision in NESV? how much do they know about football? will they employ some sort of external consultant or are they planning to appoint a 'football person' onto the board??

How long will that process take to decide whether they are happy with Hodgson or not?
You'd presume they would take advice off Purslow and Broughton but equally they said they will communicate with the fans and I don't know 1 supporter who wants him to stay

I think these guys are very smart cookies, think someone posted it took them 8 days to bin the Red Sox manager when they came in - they'll have been doing all sorts of analysis before they came in and will know the prize money for positions in the league, getting into the Champs League but also what it'll cost if we ended the season where we are!

Someone like the Hedgehog will know more about how these guys operate but can't see them tolerating losing for long especially when it's not their own choice in the managers seat.

To be honest with you I hope we use the excuse of new owners and 'we want to appoint our own man'

The big question is who, Martin O'Neil is the highest profile available manager with PL experience but he's be way down my list if I had a choice.

I'd like a vibrant 'younger' manager, someone who buys into the longterm and wants to stamp his vision on us, Hodgson has been shown up to be not good enough to utilise the players at his disposal.

I said in the summer Di Mateo would have been my choice with Kenny in the Director of football type roll.

Billic, Dechamps, Laudrup would be others I'd be happy with, can't see us attracting the top 5% of managers so someone the rung below with drive, ambition and passion is what we should get.
