He was ridiculously only given one season because of a hyper fickle Madrid board. He did a very good job, sadly Daniel can only think in 1 dimension.

danperkins you don't half seem to take the most simplistic view possible on things.
Haha mate, it is simple he won nothing no matter what way its spinned, the money they spent was ludacrous, insane spending, everyone thought they would clean up and in the end it showed that money doe snot guarantee you success. Pellegrini was great with Villareal but the step up was too much for him. When you win nothing at a club like Real with the team he had your gonna get the boot.

What has Roy won of late? Seems to me you are willing to give him the benefit of the doubt about circumstances but not extend that to others.

Hmmm and you want Roy's head after 5 league games, interesting.

He had Barca to overcome, which is no mean feat. Then, if you look at it, I don't think he hardly had any say with the 'in and outs' of players there. He basically had to do with the players Perez would throw at him. Even if they were galacticos, he barely had time to build a team. How long did he stay there, one year!? Ridiculous really.

Look at how far back the 3rd placed team finished behind them. I don't know of the exact points total, but it made for some ridiculous reading. Was it more than 20 points or something like that?
                Are we winning?

Not really a valid comparison in terms of points, wins, style of player, goals scored, etc, etc, etc.

You really have gone above and beyond Marky level, well done.

I never wanted Hodgson in the first place and am in no way comparing Hodgson to Pellegrini. Just simply saying that i wouldn't want Pellegrini, if he can't even win a domestic cup with that squad there's something wrong there.

So Roy is here, didn't want him but i give him the benefit of the doubt, prob do the same for Pellegrini if he was here but doesn't mean i want him here either.

There is no comparison between Roy and Pellegrini IMO

And is can't be a valid comparison unless Roy gets 250 million to spend & gets the whole season with an on par squad to that of what Pellegrini had. Not making a comparison just saying i wouldn't want Pellegrini.

Haha yeah he had to deal with the disaster of getting the ost expensive and sought after player in footballing history, terrible it is

And its usually always Real vs Barca, nothing new there.

He's had the vote of confidence, so he should be gone soon...

Never want a defeat but would take one if it meant he was gone....

I wanted Kenny like many others, realistically he would have been the best choice IMO. Roy has about 5 or 6 games to turn it around, lets hope it starts today or he's out on his arse.
