Everyone is entitled to there opinion but lets face it, we want to be the club that we once where ie. going about our business quietly, it gave us an edge, that touch of class.

There are too many mouth pieces nowadays and a distinct lack of respect for what has been previously achieved.

We played almost as good attacking football as Barcelona do now the last few months the 08-09 season. We totally dominated teams playing ATTACKING football, not controlling or defensive football. Attacking football.

We destroyed teams playing excellent high pressure attacking football in the same way Barcelona do now. When the opposition got the ball we hunted them down all over the pitch until we got it back.

No team could play attacking football against us. We would have destroyed them if they did that so they parked the bus and hoped for quick counter attacks.

Even the best teams out there feared to play against us. It was a **** draw to play against us.

We can only dream that we will play in the same excellent way again but I doubt that. That three four months we played football made out of dreams. The best I have ever seen a Premier League club play.

I read a story in the Scottish Mail On Sunday (daily mail).
Houllier was bangin on about C.Ronaldo and how he spotted him before Fergie and missed out due to the wage structure at Liverpool, And he was also bangin on about how a few of the players came upto him in the dressing room 2005 and said boss it's your team.

Its not his fault he is apart of a sport that pays silly wages, i'd take it just as every other person would if we had the chance. And that can be said about every single footballer in the game playing at the top level. Does that mean that all of them are ******s too and have no loyalty to their club whatsoever?

And he does have more talent than you or i, you don't get to where he has by being a retard. Do i think Carra is on his last legs? Pretty Much. Do i think we shouldn't have gave him that contract? Pretty Much. Don't want to turn this in to a Rafa debate BUT under Houllier Carra was mostly playing full back, lets be honest he was nothing special (in fact i hated it when he played). Along comes Rafa and turns him in to a world class centre back. Steven Gerrard similar, he was a excellent central midfielder, along comes Rafa tweaks his position and he becomes this world class attacking midfielder.

Both players if rumours are true helped Rafa get the sack, talk about ungrateful.

No way in the world can Carragher ever be considered as "world-class". That puts him in the same bracket as true world-class CBs like Beckenbauer and Baresi, to name but two. Carragher's a talentless scuffler in comparison.
