Turning this argument around, why can't CPS now charge Suarez in a court of law since he has been found guilty of racism?

Because in a court of law you need actual evidence and the accused is usually considered innocent until proven guilty. There are no agendas being peddled either. Suarez case wouldn't have got to court.

My question was loaded. Why can't CPS charge Suarez now that they DO have sufficient evidence by the FA that he's guilty as hell?

Would be better for Liverpool and football at large to see the hypocrisy, mixed in with Terry's case, the FA peddles daily.

if so - we should have made a 'complaint' to the police at suarez as soon as we realised the FA were going to investigate....they would have had to cancelled their investigation - the police would have looked at it, thrown it out, and the FA would have been ****ed

Well, someone needs to make an official complaint to the police for them to get involved. Someone needs to say that they heard Suarez racially abuse Evra, and it isn't gonna be Evra or his team mates. Maybe one of our own should do it.
