A member of the public can complain about racial abuse (Finnan accusations), so it can't be different rules for other type of abuse - homophobic abuse for example.Originally posted by TheElephantMan View PostWho can complain about abusive language - anybody? If the FA receive a single complaint about abuse do they have to investigate it?Hello mert.

Bollocks, ANY lawyer would have a field day. FFS even a dog could have a field day...Originally posted by little dave hedgehog View Postnot sure how the appeals process works but i hope he gets representation. a **** hot lawyer could have a field day with this.
I really hope we won't rest on this until Luis is cleared. He deserves it. **** the ban, I don't give a **** if he ever plays for us again... but I cannot accept that an innocent man gets his reputation ruined like that!
I am disgusted by this, and frankly right now I couldn't care about the Premier League... who cares how we do in a competion so soaked in corruption and politics that its unreal. Why don't the FA just announce the champion before the season? It would save us all a lot of bother...

Sadly though, the club & its fans are a small & relatively insignificant minority when compared to the rest of the clubs, FA, press, fans & wider public. It's certainly something that I'd take into account in the situation.Originally posted by The_weatherman View PostOr how the club and it's fans stands by the player who is being unrightfully crucified. I wonder how other latino players view this case and the allegations from United.3rd place. Worst champions ever.

I hope England get smashed in the Euro's, never again will I support England.
I shall be supporting my Great Grandmother's country; Germany.
I still have a bad feeling about this, I reckon that Suarez's eight match ban will be upheld and maybe even extended if his appeal fails and he is charged with the middle fingered salute at Fulham.

not sure what that says about the club's faith in wee jay's ability to express himself with words thought
I imagine Spearing not being the type of player to hold back, maybe the club thought he might go off on one at them.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I love how practically every United fan I know spends 364 days a year slating the FA, calling them corrupt, incompetent, clueless etc.
Yet today, mysteriously, they're perfect and have to come to a perfectly reasonable, fair verdict.
You couldn't ****ing make it up.Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
