Im sure this would have no standing. If Liverpool or Suarez choose to take this to a court of law it would be not only the decision being reputed but also the process and how he was found guilty. Not to mention the destruction it will cause to his personal life like this...

I think they would argue that they weren't using it in the context of applying it to him. Clearly it implies it but I think they could argue it away.
