Interesting question. If it is a language or country- wide thing at what point draw the line? The irony of the FA making judgements about foreigners language is there for all to see.
Fernandinhio might take me up on this one, but I remember telling my mate's Mam of my (mixed) heritage & her saying "Crikey you're a wog arent you?" She didnt mean any offence or detriment whatsoever (she'd spent days looking after me when she had **** all money & really didnt need to), but you wouldnt even get away with using that word so openly over here.
