Is there a chance that the FA could find insufficient evidence on the racism charge, but still punish him for some other kind of verbal abuse of Evra? A player got done by the fa for racial comment, but i'm not sure he got arrested by police for it, is my point, in relation to the question as to why has'nt Suarez case been looked at by Police.
