It was alleged that the groundsman called him a "****ing immigrant". Chelsea always maintained that he actually called him a "****ing idiot". The FA ruled that the totality of the evidence given by various Utd staff over the incident was 'inconsistent and unreliable' and there was no further action taken regarding any racism claims.

Ok thanks. It's not clear really what happened, whether Evra mis-heard, made it up or the guy did really say it but it was unproven.
