IMO Evra was told by Fergie what to say in the same way the players must obey what Mourinho tell you or you are out and finished at the club.

If Fergie tells you to come up with a fake story then you do it.

I think that all of this is evidence that Fergie is now starting fear us again and that he fear what Suarez could achieve with us.

We have a player that you could claim is the third best player in the world behind only Messi and Ronaldo. I think that is the main reason to why Suarez is even accused.

any chance this evra claim is being hyped for all it is worth knowing full well that in one mans claims against another with no definitive evidnece to support either claim the outcome will be left "not proven" rather than guilty or innocent - meaning suarezs rep is tarnished, his focus is taking off football and onto other matters and by the time we go to old trafford he is our version of gary neville . . . hated by manure fans and most likely going to be goaded into losing his temper and being sent off?

However if they are trying to build him up as a hate figure, I reckon Suarez is the sort of character that will absolutely thrive on it. Though he is a guaranteed red card at some point this season.

First of all I would've thought United players would've said something by now (if they'd heard anything).

Even if ten of them say that they heard Suarez say that word, the FA would still need evidence to ban him. Three days later now and **** all - Suarez will be fine.

It is hard to imagine how and why Evra would say he'd been racially abused when he hadn't. I don't really believe that he'd say it out if thin air, or that he said it under instruction from Fergie (Arn ). So that leaves him mishearing something, or Suarez saying something (understanding the significance of it or otherwise). I don't know which is more likely tbh.

I think rightly there are questions being asked as to why he has said this. The 'There is no smoke without fire' view, is not really a new one. Its not about taking sides, but trying to see the other point of view.

Can't work out why this would fall along club lines tbh. I don't know Suarez any more than I know Evra.

Also, I don't see how ' tending to believe ' is any way analogous to a court judgement.
