Don't see why showing support with tshirts was crass tbh, but in general he speaks sense.
of course its not crass, people keep missing the point with this, it was a protest against an injustice, nothing else. Its a simple point that too many people in the media are completely missing.
Ian Doyle: No one in Luis Suarez race row will come out in a positive light
Good well balanced article IMO, although i don't see what the big deal is though about this reaction to the t-shirts. People seem to be making up their own minds about things anyways, what have people never heard of protests?
Paul McGrath is really starting to get on my wick, the last time i seen Paul he was stumbling through Copper Face Jacks in Dublin City Centre pissed out of his ****ing nut, a well known alco throughout his playing career isn't exactly the guy people should be listening to, when it comes to setting an example for kids in professional football, never mind off the pitch.
He was a great player and seemed to come across a really nice guy, but he needs to stay off the computer for awhile and stop tweeting ****e, least until the full details of the case are released, that goes for several ex players too.

Interesting that PFA chief Gordon Taylor has been so strong worded on the whole Suarez-Evra incident and dismissed cultural differences
@JenChang88
The same Gordon Taylor once opined on the alleged Stuart Pearce-Paul Ince racial incident: http://bit.ly/veCO4g
(1994: Taylor says Stuart Pearce's alleged racist abuse of Paul Ince was "in the heat of the moment … Stuart regrets what he said, and he'll be ringing Paul to apologise. Hopefully that will be the end of it.")
I think this incident has given an opportunity to several has beens & bandwagoners to try get their two pence in, whilst taking the moral high ground approach.
Reina has just posted a supporting comment on FB. Can't respost it from work.

Hello Geniuses! First of all, I'd like to transmit my fully support to my team mate and friend Luis Suárez!!!Everybody in the team are very upset and disappointed about his 8 games banned. I can guaranteed that Luis is not a racist guy. Off course everyone in our dressing room and in the football family around the world is together to fight against racism but so are we to defend and support our team mate in these difficult moments as we strongly believe he is not racist. You'll Never Walk Alone mate!!! And second, I would like to wish u all a very Happy Christmas and a Great new year 2012!!! Your dreams will be my best wishes!!!
I find it disgusting that rival fans are using this whole issue as an agenda to destroy the lad.
I find it disgusting that ex players, mostly **** ones, are coming out of the woodwork/pub/gutter (delete as appropriate) to get their two pence worth in.
I find it disgusting the national media is treating this like a witchhunt.
I find Gordon Taylor a disgusting cunt who needs a good kick in the bollocks. Sticking up for players, yeah right.
Most of all the fa are a ****ing disgrace.
I have over time this blows over, I just think the knives are out and they won't go away until they win. Whatever winning is in this situation.
Extremely proud of our club right now. If others don't understand their stance, **** them.
