382. In all the circumstances, we preferred the evidence of Mr Evra. His account was clear and consistent in all material respects. There is no basis for saying that he lied or was mistaken in what he heard. We found that Mr Evra's account is probably what happened. The conversation was all in Spanish. The words which follow (below) were either Mr Evra's exact words or close approximations to them. This was the number that Sir Alex Ferguson reported to the referee after the game, and which Sir Alex probably learned from Mr Evra.The "five times" reported to the referee straight after the game corroborates Mr Evra's evidence that the word was used five times in the goalmouth.

How the **** does this corroborate anything? Ferguson didn't hear it he's obviously got his information from Evra, so this is just still one person's version of events told by two people first hand by one and second hand by another.

THe obvious ground for appeal is that Evra watched a video while giving his statement. Suarez's is said to be less creidble because he changed his version of events from giving his statement to when he watched the video - timings of exactly when things were said being one of the things highlighted by the FA.
Suarez was not watching the video to talk through his statement at the same time.

Other parts of the inconsistency is that Suarez's comments to Camioli to his evidence provided to the panel. Given that these have been translated by two different people, at two seperate times and from Suarez's account immediately after the match, and four weeks later it is not surprising there are differences.

And of course, the main point, the absolutely staggering point that sets the tone for their mindset...

That Suarez deliberately fouled Evra in the 58th minute.

Any panel that concludes that is not fit to decide on any matter. They are not even fit to decide if they want jam or ****ing marmalade on their toast. They are ****ing stupid and lack any credibility to claim competent mental capacity. So much so it is surprising that they are even capable of dressing themselves.

They'll be punishing people for thought crimes next

I think we're ****ed to be honest. Listened to bbc 606 tonight and i was fuming. One lfc fan (allegedly black) called and even said he would stop supporting the club because of our stance. The damage is done and public opinion is against us. I don't know if it's the right thing that the club appeals now.

I'd also be interested to know if this could be tested in law just to highlight how farcical the outcome and process was.

I don't even think a Man U fan could say LS deliberately fouled PE there.
We are being accused of having a siege mentality defence of LS but having looked at a lot of the main points of the 'findings' and the 'evidence' I'm in no doubt its all a big stitch up.
The FA are determined to make an example of someone in relation to "racial slur/abuse" and unfortunately it's going to be our wonderful number 7. It'll be interesting to see how that tramp Terry gets treated.
