I don`t we will either. Unless there we have some new evidence the conclusion will stand. We might get a shorter ban, but also risk a longer one. The document says that they don`t think he is a racist, so we can`t go after that either.
The best thing for the club would, IMO, be to say strongly that it doesn`t think the verdic is correct and still supports Auarez, then move on with the season.

The ****in cheek of that shower of ****e, So Suraez has damaged the image of English football around the world, they had the bare faced cheek to say that! after this!

Of course Evra was better giving his evidence, he's been there done that hasn't he.

This was a stitch up from the start, and that's what has set English football back in the eyes of the world.

      ****in pricks.

If the conversation is as Evra said, well it is not defendable really. If it went as Suarez said it did then it looks ok, so without knowing any of that it's an impossible case to judge.

Maybe the the club wont appeal but i cant see Suarez not taking any legal action as otherwise he's pretty much finished in the PL. The abuse he'll get from opposition fans and also any altercation with a player holds the risks of him being accussed again of racial abuse(The FA have set the rule now that even a claim is taken as fact). Its a complete nightmare for club and player, all down to the FA and that cunt evra.

But judge it they did, and in no way was it done with neutrality. imo.

Tbh, the main and more worrying thing, is that the fa are willing to persecute and risk a players career, on the word of one man, no corroboration to speak of, just the word of Patrice Evra saying how the converstaion went, The same Evra that was considered an "unreliable witness" himself by the same FA not so long ago.

              Shame on them.

Is it really just on Evra's word though? They're claiming use of new video footage, which hasnt been broadcast or released on the internet. I think they need to show this footage, if they do indeed have it.

But they use the word 'probability', so it's not really proved, is it ? And how Evra was calm and composed during the hearing, well, he's been through this before so knows what to say and waht not to say...This time!

Yep, if they had proper evidence they'd have said it instead of all the "preferred" "probably" etc. Theres no actual proof of any racism on this video.

All of it just reads like i expected, it's from the slant they had at the very start of this investigation (ha!), and that slant is for favouring Evra and Fergie.

Like that 'Kick it out' head said, the fa wanted to "ensure" this result.

What they should have been concentrating on was a 'fair' result.

That's the worst fear. To report this they must have pretty conclusive footage/recordings suggesting it didn't pan out the way Suarez said it did. If they have this, and show it, and it isn't as Suarez said it was and he did say when asked, why did you kick me - "because your black" then, well, he's lied to everyone really.

We need more evidence. If we chose to pursue this then one man is going to have to be proven to be a liar.

But what will that footage show that sky didn't? two guys having a go at each other in spannish, it still comes down to who you believe said what and in what manner.

I for one would not be shocked that after Terry likely gets his fine from the police that the FA will claim the matter closed.

We'll know soon enough as i think the club will promptly respond to this report.

Yep, it's completely rotten, from their evidence to basically saying Evra spoke better, well of course he ****ing would, he was speaking in English to English people while the other one had to use an interpreter!

And to stick the boot in at the end with the "he's damaged the image of English football around the world"

well done FA.....way to make people hate!

After all the people you've rolled out in the last weeks saying how this shows how great we are here in Engerland, how we don't tolerate racism in any form...blah blah, how more civilised WE are compared to those nasty South Americans!

But now....Luis has damaged the image, make your frikkin mind up!

Damage has well and truly been done I think. Even if this got over turned these sorts of allegations stick. I hope we do take it further but I expect the threat of docking points being used against us if we do so outside of the FA mainly as if we did and won it would be a massive blo to their dictatorial like governing of English football

I think Luis will be gone in the summer probably Barca and who could blame him if he does
