If i walked into a pub, met my mates and greeted them with "Greetings, cunts" it'd be in the context of piss taking.
If i walked into work and greeted my colleagues and bosses in the same way, it wouldnt be seen in the same piss-taking and joking way.
The panel has decided that Suarez used the term 'negro' in an offensive manner, rather than a defusive, conciliatory one. How either can be proved, i dont know. Logically, in the context of an agrument or conflict, it would come across as being used in an aggressive, offensive manner. But logic isnt proof. Hence why their judgement is based on 'all probability' rather than 'beyond reasonable doubt'.
That someone can be found guilty of such a serious offence and be given such a heavy punishment, without the need to be proven guilty 'beyond reasonable doubt' but merely 'in all probability' sounds utterly absurd and ludicrous to me.
which is potentially a worry.
