It's already been discussed to death but Evra was hardly credible. He reported to have been abused 10 times on french tv but it he reported to the referee to have been abused 5 times, under Ferguson's oath. This stinks.

The video evidence of the alleged "kick in the knee" which started all of that is enough to destroy his credibility IMO. Everything else is based on probabilities an one rule of Mathematics is that if the initial premise is flawed, everything else is.

The problem with all of this is the FA are there to ensure conviction and they seem to use whatever rules or trains of thought to ensure they get the outcome they want.

I mean Its Independent Regulatory Commission heard 473 cases between December 2010 and December 2011, but only two of them ended in "not guilty" verdicts.

Not here to be impartial just get the result they want.

Suarez admission of using a reference to Evra's colour was always going to get him a ban IMO. This is the only real part that both parties agree on. Had they decided to ban him on this I don't think we could have had any complaints.

The harshness of the ban resulting from the FA seemingly taking the view that they had to believe one or other of the parties, and then choosing to believe Evra's version is the main issue of contention.
