It really is astonishing how club allegiance can influence one's analysis of this paper all the same................concrete proof for the ManU fans (as evidenced by some of what Manc mates have sent me from Redcafe)..........amateurish bell-ending from the FA/Evra etc from our side.

Guess this is the reason why things like this need to be handled on a legal level, outside of any influential members of the FA and English football community.

So, these Spanish experts, are they just purely Spanish speakers, or are they ones who grew up in Uruguay and are familiar with all the nuances of the way the language is used in Uruguay? Cos if it aint the latter, then any opinion they have can be classed as speculation at best??

THe obvious ground for appeal is that Evra watched a video while giving his statement. Suarez's is said to be less creidble because he changed his version of events from giving his statement to when he watched the video - timings of exactly when things were said being one of the things highlighted by the FA.
Suarez was not watching the video to talk through his statement at the same time.

Other parts of the inconsistency is that Suarez's comments to Camioli to his evidence provided to the panel. Given that these have been translated by two different people, at two seperate times and from Suarez's account immediately after the match, and four weeks later it is not surprising there are differences.

And of course, the main point, the absolutely staggering point that sets the tone for their mindset...

That Suarez deliberately fouled Evra in the 58th minute.

Any panel that concludes that is not fit to decide on any matter. They are not even fit to decide if they want jam or ****ing marmalade on their toast. They are ****ing stupid and lack any credibility to claim competent mental capacity. So much so it is surprising that they are even capable of dressing themselves.

They don't have any video evidence that confirm what the players said. They base all the evidence around Evra's reaction.

Maybe they should look at what started it all when Evra play acted when he got the free-kick. You can clearly see him smile when he roll around on the ground.

He tried to get Suarez sent off. Suarez was on a yellow card.

Kicked him on the knee......yeah right He may have touched the knee but I'm not even sure of that.

Suarez didn't just deliberately foul Evra, he aimed for Evra's dodgy knee thus leaving Evra a crippled heap and unable to contin...oh, no, he was OK.
