Guess this is the reason why things like this need to be handled on a legal level, outside of any influential members of the FA and English football community.
This wouldn't even make it to a hearing IMHO, certainly not without visual/auditory evidence to back it up.
Are we winning?

Why is he "being a cunt about it"?Originally posted by KingKenny77 View PostYes, because that makes sense doesn't it? He shouldn't be a c*nt about it, he should stand up for a club that has always stood by him through thick and thin, especially in the aftermath of his "will he, won't he move to Chelsea" nonsense back in 2005 and 2006.
Let's not start picking apart our own.

I like your thinking but I don't think it's possible. I can't see anything changing the minds of the FA now.Originally posted by ElRabiosa View PostCan we not just take it to court like the Terry one? if it's as bad as the manc loving cunt's FA think, then it should be dealt with there, as i have no doubt they would be more reasonable and less bias then those manc cunts on that ****ty FA panel
Mate, that's admirable but not a smart move at all. It'd be completely detrimental to our club's future, sadly.Originally posted by Arn View PostEveryone of our players that is picked to play for England should just tell them to **** off, not only Gerrard.
That includes players that is picked at every level, from the youth teams to the international team.

sorry but that made me lol loud(dj) just visually thinking that someone is actually shaking their head non-stop then someone asking why?, must be the drink I'm havingOriginally posted by KingKenny77 View PostWhat are you shaking your head for? Gerrard needs to start behaving like our Captain. He should defend the club he supports, no instead he just doesn't say anything, that's the easiest option isn't it? His silence along with Carragher's in this incident with Suarez says everything to me.
, but I agree though its not as if they said right we'll **** LFC cause its LFC, was it an indepenent enquiry into it not the actual FA just that I saw earlier that it was to the FA or Liverpool to appeal, maybes the drink again

Did it cross your mind perhaps that the players have probably being told to stay silent on the matter by the club?Originally posted by KingKenny77 View PostWhat are you shaking your head for? So, these Spanish experts, are they just purely Spanish speakers, or are they ones who grew up in Uruguay and are familiar with all the nuances of the way the language is used in Uruguay? Cos if it aint the latter, then any opinion they have can be classed as speculation at best??Originally posted by Vermilion View PostSo Sky's Nick Collins said.. That Spanish language experts told the fa that if Suarez said what was alleged, or what Suarez admitted to, if it was a sneer...that it would be deemed racist... IN URUGUAY.
Wonder what they'd do if the Uruguyan government disagreed.

THe obvious ground for appeal is that Evra watched a video while giving his statement. Suarez's is said to be less creidble because he changed his version of events from giving his statement to when he watched the video - timings of exactly when things were said being one of the things highlighted by the FA.
Suarez was not watching the video to talk through his statement at the same time.
Other parts of the inconsistency is that Suarez's comments to Camioli to his evidence provided to the panel. Given that these have been translated by two different people, at two seperate times and from Suarez's account immediately after the match, and four weeks later it is not surprising there are differences.
And of course, the main point, the absolutely staggering point that sets the tone for their mindset...
That Suarez deliberately fouled Evra in the 58th minute.
Any panel that concludes that is not fit to decide on any matter. They are not even fit to decide if they want jam or ****ing marmalade on their toast. They are ****ing stupid and lack any credibility to claim competent mental capacity. So much so it is surprising that they are even capable of dressing themselves.Football without Origi is nothing

They don't have any video evidence that confirm what the players said. They base all the evidence around Evra's reaction.
Maybe they should look at what started it all when Evra play acted when he got the free-kick. You can clearly see him smile when he roll around on the ground.
He tried to get Suarez sent off. Suarez was on a yellow card.
Kicked him on the knee......yeah right
He may have touched the knee but I'm not even sure of that.
