Evra accuses Suarez of racism

This can't be official surely? I'm no legal eagle but it defies common sense if not common decency. If Evra is correct then Suarez is a huge racist and we should do some background on Suarez to see what his standpoint against blacks is. (This is tongue in cheek, I know about his anti racism work)
Alternatively, if Suarez is correct and Evra wrong then we should judge if Evra has any past records of crying wolf with the racist card in his hand.
Hmm tough one.One tit for another.

Hold on. Suarez is less credible than a proven liar with past form for "exaggerating" racism? How did they reach that decision? What did they base it on? His diving like a foreigner in our league, or on him punching the ball off the line in the World Cup.
Or none of the above in a **** you to Blatter?

"in shock and upset at having been kicked in the knee by Mr Suarez"89. Mr Evra told us that he then said to Mr Suarez "Porque me diste un golpe", meaning "Why did you kick me?". The video footage shows that Mr Evra looked down at his knee then at Mr Suarez's face as he asked this question, which does support his evidence that he asked a question about being kicked in the knee. Mr Evra said that, when he asked that question, he was in shock and upset at having been kicked in the knee by Mr Suarez. Mr Suarez agrees that, at this point, Mr Evra asked him why he had kicked him, referring to the earlier foul. That is largely the end of the agreement between them as to what was said in the goalmouth.
Is this cunt for real? Shock and upset at being kicked? In a football match? Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

So they weighed it up and fell on the side of the guy with a history of lying. Shocking!Originally posted by Chris View Post215. It was accepted by both Mr Greaney and Mr McCormick in closing submissions that this is
not simply a case of one person's word against another. Mr McCormick nevertheless
submitted that the case turns very substantially on the evidence of the two main
protagonists, that we should think very carefully before reaching a conclusion based
solely on the word of the main protagonist for the FA, and that we should look at the
other evidence, and see whether there is other evidence that corroborates Mr Evra's story.
We agree that at the heart of this case is a dispute between Mr Evra and Mr Suarez as to
what was said. Before reaching our decision, we assessed the credibility of those two
individuals and examined all the other evidence with great care to see whether it
supported or undermined Mr Evra's or Mr Suarez's account. We asked ourselves which
account was more probable. We kept in mind the seriousness of the Charge, and the
burden and standard of proof.
I'm also concerned that most moron football fans are going to immediately pick up on Evra's side of things which clearly are bull**** but sound very very bad.

I'd love to say I'm shocked, surprised and appalled but I'm not.
It just shows up the FA for exactly what we all know they are - useless cunts.
Let's see about the media outrage now they have the facts.
8 games because they chose to believe Evra over Suarez just because it suits their agendaThe King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I would have been more comfortable had he used the word negrito. However, it's quite clear that the FA have ignored the context Suarez used the word negro and interpreted it to what it means here in England which I cannot accept. Both players were speaking in Suarez native language. We know that the word negro used in the language both players spoke is not deemed offensive, so how then can the fa find him guilty based on our definion of the word?

The FA wont budge on this they believe everything Evra has said (despite inconsistencies) and have rejected everything Suarez gave as evidence
Its beyond a jokeBob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."
