Of course they didn't.........Kuyt is an unreliable individual. You cannot trust anything he says......Evra on the other hand is a fine, upstanding...."impressive" witness.

Don't get me wrong, its still one word against another, and should be treated with as much veracity as the core argument............the problem here, is that the charge and subsequent punishment has skated on the same thin ice.

It's the FA nothing should be a shock with what they do or decide.

Dear England and the English Football Association, I hope you get absolutely trounced at the Euro's and I hope it's by Germany.

As for Evra, I'm not even going to bother, what a waste of oxygen that man is.

Not many obvious grounds for appeal, tho #lfc lawyers could re-visit Point 223 about whether Suarez is a racist or used racist language

Critical point is that it is simply not credible to suggest Suarez was using 'negro' as a term of endearment. In fact, it is laughable.

I have nothing but respect for LFC and Dalglish but commission report justifies a ban for Suarez. Hope we can all move on now.

BBC News says that Luis Suarez racially abused Patrice Evra 7 times in 2 minutes.

Yet not one United player has leapt to the defence of Evra? Ok then, that's believable.

It really is astonishing how club allegiance can influence one's analysis of this paper all the same................concrete proof for the ManU fans (as evidenced by some of what Manc mates have sent me from Redcafe)..........amateurish bell-ending from the FA/Evra etc from our side.

Guess this is the reason why things like this need to be handled on a legal level, outside of any influential members of the FA and English football community.
This wouldn't even make it to a hearing IMHO, certainly not without visual/auditory evidence to back it up.

Can we not just take it to court like the Terry one? if it's as bad as the manc loving cunt's FA think, then it should be dealt with there, as i have no doubt they would be more reasonable and less bias then those manc cunts on that ****ty FA panel

If I was Steven Gerrard I would announce my retirement from English football with immediate effect.

Of course Gerrard doesn't speak out and stand up does he? That's Reina's job which is percisely why Pepe should be our Captain.

                      Why would he?

It would be better to keep his mouth shut, get fit and back to his best then when the Euro 2012 squad is announced at the end of the season and the press are giving it large about how he is going to play a big role. HE THEN comes out and tells them he is retiring due to the cuntness of the FA and hacks.

Thats what i would do it would be epic.

Everyone of our players that is picked to play for England should just tell them to **** off, not only Gerrard.

That includes players that is picked at every level, from the youth teams to the international team.

Yes, because that makes sense doesn't it? He shouldn't be a c*nt about it, he should stand up for a club that has always stood by him through thick and thin, especially in the aftermath of his "will he, won't he move to Chelsea" nonsense back in 2005 and 2006.

That would probably put people off from joining us though, and make players unhappy

I think this is a real beaut. Jesus Christ you couldnt make it up!

                                382. In all the circumstances, we preferred the evidence of Mr Evra. His account was clear and consistent in all material respects. There is no basis for saying that he lied or was mistaken in what he heard. We found that Mr Evra's account is probably what happened. The conversation was all in Spanish. The words which follow (below) were either Mr Evra's exact words or close approximations to them. Mr Evra said to Mr Suarez "Concha de tu hermana, porque me diste un golpe?", meaning "****ing hell, why did you kick me?". Mr Suarez replied "Porque tu eres negro", meaning "Because you're black". Mr Evra then said "Habla otra vez asi, te voy a dar una porrada", which means "Say it to me again, I'm going to kick you". Mr Suarez responded "No hablo con los negros", meaning "I don't speak to
blacks". Mr Evra then said "Ahora te voy a dar realmente una porrada", meaning "Okay, now I think I'm going to punch you". Mr Suarez responded "Dale, negro, negro, negro", meaning "Okay, blackie, blackie, blackie." This meant that Mr Suarez used the word "negro" five times in the goalmouth. This was the number that Sir Alex Ferguson reported to the referee after the game, and which Sir Alex probably learned from Mr Evra. The "five times" reported to the referee straight after the game corroborates Mr Evra's evidence that the word was used five times in the goalmouth.
"With Ron Yeats in defence, we could play Arthur Askey in goal."
