The other problem we have is that racism is not a divisive subject, normally there is a clear right and wrong (I won't say black and White). The problem now lies in the fact that it will be too easy for people to judge Suarez a racist. The FA have said he is(despite them saying they have not, they started the mechanism which led a daily rag to print RACIST, and did nothing to back up this initial statement. So for the neutral and supporters of other clubs who do you believe, the FA and media. Or the club you don't support, who employ the guy you have been told is both a racist and cheat? A guy who even on a level playing field other supporters would dislike due to his ability.
We MUST stick together on this issue. The club MUST defend Suarez to the bitter end. Even allow him to leave and still defend him. Why? Because of what is happening to Luis, because the fact that his name has been allowed to be dragged into the gutter, torched and then **** on is Character Assasination and Slander of the highest order.
We have a game tonight, and I barelycare. This issue will soil the entire league if it is left as things stand. There is something rotten at the core of all of this without question.
just reading what happened at the game, how on earth can it be seen as racism one way and not the other?
A few minutes later Marriner calls the pair together. Suarez apologises and tries to pat Evra on the head. It is alleged Evra said: 'Don't touch me, you South American,' to which Suarez replies: 'Porque, negro?'
Evra catches Kuyt two minutes later and is booked. He allegedly shouts at Marriner: 'You're only booking me because I'm black.'
Suarez is bemused, saying: 'I called him something his team-mates call him and even they were surprised by his reaction.'

This is the address for reporting discrimination in football, how about someone with a UK address reported that incident formally. This clearly breaches the same rule Luis was charged for, and Evra was inciting Luis and using his origin as an insult.
* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

It's astonishing that the verdict has gone the way it has, complete with outrageous punishment. Predictable but astonishing.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

This investigation was only about the charges brought about Suarez. Evra couldn't be punished as a direct result. However if this has come up in the hearing the FA should have no alternative but to bring charges against Evra, I guess we need to wait and see what happens (although I won't hold my breath).
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
