Exactly. The statement is excellent. Firstly it completely undermines the FAs case and ridicules the report. But even though the FA are a complete bunch of morons and have set a dangerous precedent, we care about fighting racism so much that we will accept a ban we don't agree with.

That isnt an option. If it was, we'd have already done it by now. Hence Ayre's comments about wanting an individual tv rights deal.

I doubt that. Ayre was the only senior figure from the old board who was kept on at the club and put in a significant position under Fenway. They were highly impressed with him and i dont see this affair changing that.
