But it's just so useful for keeping up with news Perhaps I need to refine who I am following.

Its at times like these you know who your friends in the game are, thats for sure.

Just pisses me off that the whole lost in translation element has been completely ignored and Suarez is made out as a racist (lets face it, the average member of teh public will think he is a racist now). Utterly shameful stitch-up which has basically been blessed by our own ****ing FA.

I would go so far as to say that Suarez's future here in England now is seriously under threat. I would not blame him for wanting to leave the country.

I do care, and we all have to care because the wider public believe and take what these cunts say as gospel....i.e. we are a racist supporting club. That is the impression they are leaving.

Acknowledging differences without prejudice seems to be much more elegant and civilised than pretending that there are no differences and stereotyping people for the sake of scoring points.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Poison Dwarf has got his 2cents in. If I was owner of Liverpool FC I would flat out refuse to have anything to do with the PFA or Kick Racism out of Football.

We've issued our statement, let that be the end of it, because I'm sick of it.

Just a question. Might be a side issue completly.

But is anyone bothered about how the club is now looking to everyone else?

Are you bothered that Suarez hasn't apologised to Evra for any offence caused intentional or not?

Do you think our good name as a club will be dragged through the mud for a while now?

We should end this now, we will have to deal with all this again pre United away but after that hopefully it will die a death. Suarez can get one with doing what he does best and catching the headlines for the right reasons.

Football in England has gone ****ing bonkers, from the Refs, the pundits, the constant need for weekly story lines, the lack of contact, the inconsistent decisions, the almost zealous need for managerial blood per qrt

One game at a time, **** what everybody says, enjoy the football, the game and switch it off and return to the serious business of life, playing Video Games

                  Yes.

FWIW I think the club should have been diplomatic and in yesterdays staement included something along the lines of "if any offence was taken by Mr Evra Liverpool FC and Luis Suarez would like to apologise unreservedly......"

The practice of not having the balls to say what you really think and not what the mob tell you to say and think is the reasons politicians are loathed to the extent they are. The same can be applied to our self-preserving gutter press in this case. KK is untouchable in this part of the country and is a very wealthy man. He'll say what he thinks and couldn't give two ****s if people hate him for it.The journos and TV pundits have careers to safeguard and know the consequences of speaking out. They would be hounded by the mob on Twitter and probably lose their jobs over it. Their pious, self-righteous stance is ridiculous. Even our own(Barrett,Evans) have not asked for balance and raised questions regarding the panel's findings. Their silence speaks volumes.

I have to agree with this. Im not bothered about perception about our club. But I dont like that Suarez/LFC have not apologised. Even a token gesture would have been nice.

I couldn't care less about any of that.

Luis Suarez has nothing to apologise for, Evra should apologise first as he is used the more offensive word "Sucada".

I hope someone snaps Evra's legs and he is forced to spend the rest of his life in a wheel chair, that's all Evra deserves, he doesn't deserve an apology.

Only Manchester United fans really care about it.

Yes. Think the whole thing has been very poorly managed from the top down. Disturbingly.
