Louis Van Gaal is an option, and he hasn't rejected it either. The media outlets suggest he'd prefer a managerial role over the DOF role.

You can get 5-6 years out of him. One of the best managers in the world with an undeniable CV.

FSG are getting an incredible amount of leeway. I don't trust them with this club unless they show ambition and quality. Instead, it's been shambles after shambles.

I'm in no way saying that Martinez is the best and that everything will be perfect, of course I have reservations myself but I don't think we are going to lose all our players, get relegated, sold off for scrap and reinvented as a volleyball team. Some people need to get a grip.

I think people may be getting confused between posters voicing concerns, therefore meaning they won't get behind the manager. I was hugely behind Kenny regardless of his stature and posted many times about stability and a long term vision. *If* it is Martinez, I'll swallow my concerns and look at it objectively.

I'll back Martinez hell I'd bet I even back him more than those who wanted Kenny out and seem to be breezing along on the fanciful idea that this is all some ingeninus masterplan by FSG

This is a ****ing enormous gamble

The last time we took these kind of risks we blew our ear off in a game of Russian Roulette
